Support during a digital examination
What support looks like
In principle, you will receive the following forms of support if you are taking a digital examination and have registered for support when registering your digital examination:
Digital face-to-face exam (in a CMS PC pool)
- The PCs are booted up in exam mode (incl. Safe Exam Browser) by CMS staff, i.e. only the exam can be called up and any necessary software such as PDF reader or word processing program can be used.
- For minor technical emergencies in the practice, such as a non-functioning mouse or a frozen screen, there is a CMS contact person on site.
- For technical emergencies that can only be solved by the Moodle administration, e.g. setting up a new password, there is support from the CMS by telephone.
Digital face-to-face exam (in a PC pool of a faculty)
- The examination is technically supervised by the staff of the faculty or institute.
- For administrative and technical emergencies with the examination system (Prüfungsmoodle), the CMS telephone support is available.
Digital remote examination
- You can contact the CMS telephone support for technical and administrative emergencies.
