May digital exams be recorded?
No, not even if there is a suspicion of cheating (§ 96b).

May a room scan be asked for?
No, showing the room and / or the working environment is prohibited (section 96b, paragraph 3). The use of a second camera is also prohibited.

Are examinees allowed to use a virtual background in remote supervised exams?
Yes. Only for the identity check (in breakout rooms) the virtual background must be briefly turned off for better readability of the document.
